J1708 9-pin Female to 6-pin Male Adapter

Older heavy equipment use a J1708 commiunication standard to interface with test equipment and devices using a round 6-pin Deutsch connector. Newer heavy equipment use a 9-pin round Deutsch connector and the J1939 standard. The 9-pin connector usually also has the J1708 interface on two of the 9 pins. This adapter plugs into a J1939 vehicle and allows a J1708 accessory using the 6-pin connector to plug in.
